Twenty years ago, when I was extremely ill, I saw my own blood under a microscope for the first time. I found it fascinating, and it motivated me to make a change.
Today I offer that same experience here in Sechelt: a visual glimpse into your own body. My hope is that you'll leave feeling truly listened to, and encouraged that change is possible, one step at a time.

It’s an educational experience in which a tiny, fresh drop of blood from your fingertip is magnified on screen. We watch it together in real time while I explain what we’re seeing.
No. Live Blood Microscopy is educational and observational. It does not diagnose or rule out disease, confirm deficiencies, detect toxins or parasites, prescribe treatment, or replace medical testing, diagnosis, or care.
Your doctor and laboratory testing remain the right place for medical questions. Live Blood Microscopy offers a separate, educational experience, and it works alongside the care you already have.
Most people find it quick and much easier than they expected. I use a sterile, single-use lancet.
Together, we’ll look at five aspects of your sample:
- Flow — How blood cells appear distributed throughout the sample.
Movement — How cells appear to move within the sample.
Spacing — How cells appear positioned in relation to one another.
Cell Shape — The visible shapes and characteristics of blood cells.
Vitality — A closer look at the overall appearance of the sample.
These are educational observations, not measurements of a specific health condition.
